A TRUE ITALIAN ORIGIN 🇮🇹

Panerai was founded in Florence in 1860, when Giovanni Panerai opened his first watchmaking shop. Through its connections with important Italian institutions, Panerai later began working with the Italian Royal Navy, developing instruments for military and underwater use.⚓

This created a strong Italian heritage connected to the sea, which can still be seen today in watches like the Submersible Bronzo.

Introduced in 2017 and limited to only 1,000 pieces, it combines an impressive 47 mm bronze case with a deep blue dial, a clear reference to the marine world.✨

But the bronze is what makes it truly unique: over time, it develops a natural patina that is different on every watch.

In the early 1970s, as a gesture of gratitude to the British SAS soldiers who helped defend the Sultanate of Oman, Sultan Qaboos commissioned a very limited number of specially personalized Rolex Daytonas, presenting them personally to a select group of officers. 🇴🇲

Today, only one or two examples in this exact configuration are known to have appeared on the international market. 🌍

Two exceptional details make this Daytona a true collector's piece: Sultan Qaboos' signature printed at 12 o'clock on the dial and the "Asprey" engraving on the caseback, referring to the prestigious London jeweller that handled this exclusive commission. 👑

Never offered for public sale, these exceptional timepieces were presented as the Sultanate's highest honor to members of the royal family, elite military officers, diplomats, and distinguished international figures.

Its most distinctive feature is the Khanjar, the national emblem of the Sultanate of Oman, printed within the chronograph subdial at 6 o'clock.🗡️
