In the splendid surroundings of the residence of Marco Alberti, Italy’s Ambassador to Albania, (the residence is a cultural monument and the place which, for more than a
century, has witnessed the history of relations between Italy and Albania), a meeting dedicated to craftsmanship took place to celebrate the excellence of Italian manufacturing.
Planned and hosted by ALTIN MICI ATELIER, the evening provided space for a meeting between tailorship, fine taste, music and culture, enchanting an audience of guests from the Albanian cultural and business communities.

More than a century ago, research into textiles to protect British troops from the sun almost by chance resulted in the creation of Solaro®: a fabric that captures the light and changes its appearance during movement. Original Solaro® does not belong to a single season. The new Original Solaro® Made in Italy bunch explores this most iconic fabric’s character in two different weights, different fancies, and different colours.
Starting from a lighter variation, naturally more appropriate for the warmer days in a modern man’s life, through to a more substantial fabric with a beautiful drape and less ruffle, designed for mid-season days.
