In the next few days our second extrusion plant for the production of HDPE monofilament will be started up. 💪🔝

Montaggio e collaudo nuovo impianto di estrusione. 🛠️

🇬🇧 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗺
At the end of the warping phase, the beam obtained is loaded onto the loom with a special trolley.
Once loaded on the loom, the threads are knotted with a special machine, and all the various adjustments of the machine are made.
At this point the frame is ready to start production.

🇮🇹𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗼
Al termine della fase di orditura, il subbio ottenuto viene caricato a telaio con un apposito carrello.
Una volta caricato a telaio, viene fatta l’annodatura dei fili di ordito, con l’apposita macchina, e tutte le vari regolazioni della macchina.
A questo punto il telaio è pronto per iniziare la produzione.
