Peace and all God’s goodness!
We, the Compassionate Franciscan Sisters of the Poor (CFSOP) community here in Montego Bay, Jamaica, have been devastated by Hurricane Beryl! We thank God for His great mercy in sparing our lives and our poor for we know it could have been even worse.
Thank you for reaching out to help us, as we struggle to recover from this disaster.
We have been greatly affected by this forceful hurricane and we are truly grateful for any help you can offer us, especially in repairing the roof.
Right now it is still raining inside our Mt Alvernia Convent, as many sections of the roof was torn off, blown away, gone.
