Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for planning and organizing market research projects.

2. Responsible for putting forward their opinions on the counter-guarantee mortgage measures of research projects from a legal perspective, such as reviewing of relevant contracts and legal documents.

3. Ensure that the research work meets the company's requirements by making preliminary judgments on the feasibility of the research project, and providing reference opinions to department leaders.

4. Handle market surveys, data analysis, procurement plan formulation, and cooperation for the activities of the procurement department.

5. Collect target market information, study the market price and quality of products, etc. In-depth understanding of the latest market conditions, quotation of quotations, analysis and cost control.

6. Investigate the supply channels of the market, discover and evaluate the suppliers, develop external cooperation resources to provide information decision support for the purchasing department and other key departments.

Requirement:

1.Age 23-35
2. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
4. Experience with Microsoft office and have market research experience is preferred.
5. Disciplined and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking.
6. Willing to stay in our staffhouse located at Makati city.
