すべてはご縁から🙏
今日、プライベートなイベントに招待いただき、
世界中で愛されるLabubuの生みの親 Kasing Lung（Kasing Lung）さんにご挨拶することができました。
香港でRucuの個展を開催してくださった「QUIET GALLERY」（QUIET GALLERY HK）を運営する「HOW2WORK」（HOW2WORK）創設者・Howard Leeさん。
そのHoward LeeさんとKasing Lungさんの出会いからコラボレーションが生まれ、the Monstersのフィギュア、そしてウサギ耳の「Labubu」が世界中の人の心をつかみました。
そんなご縁の輪の中に、自分も招いていただけたことが本当に嬉しくて。
ショートムービーや絵本も見せていただき、Labubuが生まれるまでの流れを知ることができました。
ひとつひとつが愛らしくて、心から癒されました。
Kasing Lungさんとはご挨拶とサインの交換も。
そしてRucuの個展を実現してくださったHoward Leeさんにも直接お礼を伝えられて、胸がいっぱいです。
「また会いましょう」と言葉を交わせたことが、何よりの励み。
たくさんのイメージが湧いてきたので、作品づくりに向き合いながら、その日まで精進します。
ご縁が、どんどんつながっていく。

Everything begins with connection🙏
Today I was invited to a private event, where I had the honor of meeting Kasing Lung (Kasing Lung) — the artist who gave life to Labubu, now loved all around the world.
Rucu's exhibition in Hong Kong was held at QUIET GALLERY (QUIET GALLERY HK), run by HOW2WORK (HOW2WORK) and its founder, Howard Lee. It was the meeting between Howard Lee and Kasing Lung that sparked their collaboration, giving birth to the Monsters figures — and to Labubu, the little rabbit-eared character who has captured hearts everywhere.
To be welcomed into that circle of connection made me so happy. I was shown short films and picture books, and came to understand how Labubu came to be. Every single piece was so endearing, and it truly warmed my heart.
I was able to greet Kasing Lung and exchange signatures with him, and to thank Howard Lee in person for making Rucu's exhibition possible. My heart is full.
Being able to say "let's meet again" is the greatest encouragement of all. So many ideas are blooming inside me now — I'll keep facing my work and growing until that day comes.
Connection leads to connection, again and again.
