異物の混入が無いよう、縫製後と出荷前の2回、スーツを検針機に通して厳しくチェックを行います。

そして午前と午後、一日2回、検針機が正常に作動しているか確認し、一本の針も残さぬようお客様の安全のために努めております。

毛芯を機能的に縫付けるには高度な技術を必要とします。胸までの半分の使用が一般的です。
那須夢工房では、肩から裾まで前身が完全な毛芯縫製になっており、生地と毛芯が同時に動くことで、型崩れを防ぎ、シルエットをいつまでも保ちます。
Sewing the canvas made of horse tail hair functionally requires advanced skills. It is common to use it only halfway down to the chest.

At Nasu Yumefactory, the front body is fully sewn with canvas from the shoulder to the hem. This allows the fabric and canvas to move simultaneously, preventing deformation and maintaining the silhouette for a long time.

那須夢工房クセ取りを行い、縮めることにより伸縮自在の襟をつくります。
もちろん、衿の寸法は縮めた時が規格寸法になるように計算して行います。
これにより、どのような首の太さにも適応し、きちんと首に吸い付く衿にすることができます。

Of course, the collar measurements are calculated to ensure that the standard dimensions are achieved after shrinking. スーツの衿は大きく分けて2種類あります。
それが「棒衿」と「カマ衿」です。

「カマ衿」とは、襟を低く平らに寝かせたものをいいます。軽量でスッキリとしたイメージになる一方で、パターンを設計する段階で衿ぐりの大きさを決めてしまうため、首の細い方や太い方が着用すると衿が首にきちんと吸い付かず、服の重心が肩に乗ってしまい、長時間着ていると重く感じる服になってしまいます。

那須夢工房が採用している「棒衿」は、首廻りに吸い付き、背骨に重心が掛かるようにつくられているので服の重さを感じさせません。
Suits have two main types of collars: the “bou” collar (stand lapel) and the “kama” collar (notched lapel) .

The “kama” collar refers to a collar that is laid flat and lower. It creates a lightweight and sleek appearance. However, during the pattern design stage, the size of the collar opening is determined, which may result in the collar not fitting snugly around the neck for individuals with either slender or thicker necks. As a consequence, the weight of the garment may rest on the shoulders, causing the suit to feel heavy when worn for an extended period.

At NasuYume factory, we adopt the “bou” collar, which adheres closely to the neck and balances the center of gravity on the spine, eliminating the sensation of heaviness in the garment.
西装的领子大致可分为两种类型，即「棒领」和「卡领」。

「卡领」是指将领子低平地放置的一种方式。
虽然给人轻盈简洁的印象，但由于在设计阶段确定领口的大小，所以对于颈部较细或较粗的人来说，领子无法紧密贴合颈部，服装的重心会集中在肩膀上，长时间穿着会感觉服装很重。

那须梦工房所采用的「棒领」能够紧密贴合颈部，使重心落在脊椎上，因此不会感到服装的重量。
