柔らかいけど
ちょっと固さのある

By the way, I recently had a chance to go to Jolly Pasta and it reminded me of something.

A long time ago, I went to Jolly Pasta with my boyfriend on Christmas, and I remember being told that he didn't like Jolly Pasta on Christmas. Haha

That year, I accidentally forgot to make a reservation and couldn't find a restaurant to go to on the day, so it ended up being a popular local restaurant.

It was a holy night that made me realize that the theory that it's not about what you eat, but who you eat with doesn't apply easily. Haha

On a side note, when I was young in Japan, it was common to enjoy a luxurious dinner with your significant other on Christmas.

Now that I think about it, I haven't eaten Jolly Pasta in quite some time.
Let's go eat next time.
