VIVA × SCRITTI POLITTI 🇯🇵👼🏻🇬🇧 Out 10 July!

とても嬉しいお知らせ！大好きなScritti Polittiとのコラボレーションアイテムが7月10日に発売されます。
1982年にリリースされた、美しいデビューアルバム "Songs To Remember"、そして彼らの存在感を決定づけた2ndアルバム "Cupid & Psyche 85 "。Rough Tradeのジェフ・トラヴィスによって見出されたソングライター、グリーン・ガートサイドの実験的で素晴らしい才能は、本国イギリスのみならず、世界中の音楽ファンを今もなお夢中にさせています。その期待に応えるように、今年4月には、"Songs To Remember"のリマスター盤が発売され話題となり、来月7月10日には、"Cupid & Psyche 85 (Deluxe Edition Remastered)" が、再びRough Trade / BEATINKより発売されます。いずれもグリーン本人が監修を手掛け、初の正式リリースとなる音源も収録されるなど、ファンのみならず、これからScritti Polittiの音楽に触れる方にもお勧めしたい充実の内容です。
VIVAでは、彼らの素晴らしい作品のリイシューを祝って、コラボレーション・アイテムを制作しました。上記2タイトルのアートワークをふんだんに使用したTシャツ、缶バッジ付きのブロードシャツに加えて、初期ポストパンク作品の大名盤 "4 A-sides"のロングスリーブTシャツも登場。私たちのScritti Polittiへの愛を思いきり込めたアイテムを、ぜひ手に取ってもらえたら嬉しいです。
全てのアイテムは、7月10日の午後2時より、VIVA店頭＆オンラインショップ、そしてBEATINK BEATINK のオンラインストアにて販売開始となります。この素晴らしい機会を与えてくださったScritti Politti、Rough Trade、BEATINKの皆様に、心から感謝します🙏🏻💚🐝
Following the acclaimed remastered edition of "Songs To Remember" released in April, "Cupid & Psyche 85 (Deluxe Edition Remastered)" arrives on 10 July. Both reissues have been overseen by Green himself and feature material receiving its first official release, making them essential for longtime fans and newcomers alike.
To celebrate these wonderful reissues, we’ve put together a special collection featuring T-shirts with artwork from both albums, a broadcloth shirt with a pin badge, and a long-sleeve T-shirt inspired by the legendary early post-punk release "4 A-sides".
Every piece has been created with our love and admiration for Scritti Politti, and we hope you’ll enjoy them as much as we enjoyed making them.
The collection will be available from 2:00 pm JST on 10 July at our shop and the BEATINK online store.
