CHASE, the founder of HWY, will be hosting a special signing session at the HWY booth during the 33rd YOKOHAMA HOT ROD CUSTOM SHOW 2025, which will take place in Yokohama, Japan, on December 7th.
This is a rare opportunity to meet the visionary behind the brand!

🛠️ SPECIFICATIONS & CRAFTSMANSHIP
Available Colors: Black and White. Accessories: Each helmet includes four sheets of exclusive stickers.
Sizes: S/M (54–57 cm) | L/XL (58–60 cm)

Why this helmet is unique:
The shell is constructed using the FRP (Fiber-Reinforced Plastic) method. This is an expert, labor-intensive process where fiber sheets are manually layered into the mold, demanding highly skilled craftsmanship.

The surface boasts a Gel-Coat finish rather than standard paint, ensuring durability and a unique, deep surface texture.

Limited TT＆CO. x Jason Momoa

This special helmet design was created in collaboration with Jason Momoa, a personal friend of our founder, Hiro.

Inspired by Jason Momoa's iconic Polynesian tattoo art, the helmet merges traditional Polynesian tattoo patterns with TT & Co.'s custom aging techniques and signature hand-sewn leather craftsmanship.
The leather trim is made from Real Crack Black cowhide, which naturally ages and develops surface cracks. This gives each helmet a one-of-a-kind look.
The slim shell, inspired by the vintage 500-TX, is designed to sit lower on the head for a balanced, stylish fit tailored to Japanese head sizes.

*Made to order: Delivery usually takes about 1-2 months.

✨How It All Began

This collaboration started seven years ago at The Race of Gentlemen in New Jersey, where someone took a real interest in TT&CO.'s vintage-style helmets. Later, we found out he was a friend of Jason Momoa.

A few years after that, we received a surprise message: ""I'm in Osaka."" When we met up again, Jason had come to Japan and asked if he could borrow a helmet for a ride in Tokyo.

When he tried it on, Jason was immediately impressed by the quality. That’s how our connection with him began.

And now, after all these years, we’re excited to introduce the "Jason Momoa Model." This helmet is the result of a great friendship and our shared passion for craftsmanship. It’s something truly special, and we can’t wait for you to experience it.

🪖Product Details

This helmet features Jason’s Polynesian tattoo-inspired design, combined with TT&CO.’s custom aging and hand-sewn leather craftsmanship. Each one is unique, with vintage-style aging, including scratches, dirt, and rust (rust on snap buttons may wear off with the attachment and removal of accessories).
