All items in the shop ships worldwide directly from Japan! ☆彡 Originally the shop was started on a hobby level by Fox in order to sell her own clothes, but after a while she moved to Japan and another person got involved on a consulting basis. The first year or so, they were both too consumed exploring Japan to focus on the shop and after th

at the other person had to return home. At the end of 2013 Cat became part of the team and for a short while, they both ran the shop on a part-time basis. However, Cat is currently only in Japan a few times a year, although hopefully this will change. Due to having her hands full, Fox asked Turtle to help out in the fall of 2014. Since then, both have worked on improving what was originally a part-time business with many areas in need of improvement, into an online shop offering a wide range of styles and a professional service level. We are not quite there yet, but we are very much so working hard to get there! (_ _) ♡

Just a quick update, that we have decided to try and ship out from Japan. This means invoices for shipping of Cinema Doll items will be made up front, since our visit to Japan this time is only half a day.

If you have a reservation with us for cinema doll, you will (within a few hours) receive an invoice for shipping of your item(s).

Just a quick update, that we have made an appointment to get the Cinema Doll reserve items from AP 💕

These will be arriving with us on the weekend of 20-21st of July, but since it is a work week, it will most likely take a while for shipping updates.

All items will be shipped from Japan.

In regards to other remainding orders, then we have not forgotten you - some answers just take more time, since they require more information.

The sudden rush of orders have caused delays, both in regards to messaging and keeping track ⛅

We have picked up the AP reservation, that was recently due and will contact all relevant parties for that specific release, once we get through the worst of the shipping rush. Please do not worry, your items are safe (_ _) 💕

As previously mentioned, lucky pack orders we will not know about until further into next month, but we will either refund or complete the remaining orders.

As mentioned earlier, AP reservations made with us will be picked up once they are released and we will keep this page open to keep in contact 💕

Regarding the closing of the shop, then we are keeping it open for slightly longer, due to time zone differences.
