ESPRESSO LEMON SODA
夏の人気メニュー、little cloud coffeeオリジナルの「レモンソーダ」にエスプレッソを追加した「エスプレッソレモンソーダ」を発売します。
皮まで食べられる無農薬の瀬戸内「瀬戸田レモン」と、日本蜜蜂が様々な野花から集めた貴重な「百花蜜」を使用した自家製ハニーレモンシロップは、さらりとした自然な甘さ、角のない柔らかな酸味が特徴。そこへ香り高い、豊かなコクのエスプレッソをダブルショット合わせます。すっきりとした爽やかさに、適度な苦味がよく合う夏にピッタリの新メニューです。
オススメは、綺麗に別れたレモンソーダ、エスプレッソの二層を崩さないよう、それぞれの層を交互に味わいながら少しずつ混ぜ合わせる飲み方。季節限定の味を是非お試しください。
We will be offering a new beverage, “Espresso Lemon Soda” which adds espresso to little cloud coffee’s original “Lemon Soda,” a popular beverage that was available before on the Summer Menu.
The house-made honey lemon syrup has a smooth natural sweetness and a soft acidity without a sharp flavor that consists of organically grown “Setoda Lemons” sourced from farmers on Ikuchi Island in the Seto Inland Sea , where the skin is edible along with a precious “Hyakka honey” that is collected by Japanese bees that pollinate a variety of wildflowers. We then add a double shot of an aromatic and rich espresso to this base to create a refreshing new flavor profile that has just the right amount of bitterness to create a new menu item perfect for the summer.
We actually recommend ordering the lemon soda and espresso separately and drinking it while mixing each element little by little so each layer can be enjoyed alternately. We hope you will enjoy this seasonal drink.
