「松屋銀座 Limited Shop」がオープンしました。
店内の中央に置かれたのは、インドの手紡ぎ・手織り布「カディ」の糸を張った、織り機をイメージした什器。
一本の糸から素材をつくる、根源的なものづくり。素材が持つ不均一さや揺らぎを残しながら、構築的なシルエットや新しいかたちへと変えていく。一見相反する二つの要素を共存させることが、ERIKO YAMAGUCHIのものづくりの核にあります。
そのものづくりを、素材の原点であるカディの糸と、そこから生まれた服をひとつの空間に並置することで表現しました。

カディの糸に触れながら、一着の服が生まれるまでの背景に出会う。素材とデザイン、その両方を感じていただける空間となりました。

At the center of our new store stands a custom fixture laced with threads of "Khadi"—India’s traditional hand-spun and hand-woven fabric—designed in the image of a traditional weaving loom.
At the very core of ERIKO YAMAGUCHI lies the coexistence of two seemingly opposing elements: honoring the fundamental craft of creating textiles from a single yarn—embracing its natural irregularities and subtle textures—while transforming them into architectural silhouettes and modern forms.
By juxtaposing raw Khadi threads alongside the finished garments, this space brings our core philosophy to life.
"So this is authentic Khadi."
"It really is made starting from the raw thread."
As visitors touch the threads, they connect with the origin story behind each garment.
