I've been interested in Japanese kimonos since I was a young child. Having attended a Japanese Immersion School, I was exposed to the myriad of rich, ornate beautiful patterns from a young age. I am excited to be able to now share these exquisite Japanese kimono and yukata with others. I have various types of kimono available, including yukata, washable (non-silk) kimono, silk kimono, haori (short
jackets), michiyuki (longer jacket), and various children's kimonos. All kimonos available are for women, though I plan to add men's kimonos in the future. (Until then, there is one male yukata available, size large.) Rental period is 3 days (Though I am flexible and am willing to work with you.) A fully-refundable deposit will be required in most cases; a cleaning fee will be charged if the kimonos are not brought back in the condition in which they were rented. Any irreversible damage will result in the deposit not being refunded. The deposit amount will depend on the cost required to replace the garment; these conditions apply for all of the accessories rented out with the kimono. I will provide instruction on how to wear the kimonos. I am really a very flexible person, and am willing to work with you regarding the conditions above. Rental cost will depend on the type of garment; most garments are used and some have small imperfections such as stains, tiny holes, etc. These are all documented so there is no need to worry. Yukata: $15
Haori & Michiyuki (jackets): $10
