How much do you know about the menstrual cycle?

The menstrual cycle is like a story that happens inside the body of a girl or woman. Every month, the body gets ready for a baby, even if there isn’t one.

Here's a simple way to explain it😊

1. Egg Gets Ready
Inside the body, a tiny egg gets ready. It's like a little seed waiting to grow.

2. The Body Builds a Nest
The body makes a soft, comfy place, like a nest, inside called the uterus. This is where a baby would grow if there were one.

3. Egg Travels
The tiny egg leaves its home and travels down a path called a tube, looking for a safe spot in the nest.

4. No Baby, No Need for Nest
If there’s no baby, the body says, “We don’t need this nest right now!” So, the soft nest comes out of the body. This is called a period.

5. Start Again
After a few days, the body starts all over again, getting ready for the next month cycle.
