Команда BGI Center непрерывно занимается продвижением швейной отрасли Кыргызстана среди фэшн ритейлеров и брендов в России.

Мы не ждем, а выезжаем к брендам сами, а также приглашаем их посетить Кыргызстан.

Недавно мы были с визитом у Российского бельевого бренда «Дефиле». Благодарим команду Дефиле за теплый прием, и готовность к сотрудничеству!

Также, на днях BGI Center принял гостей из Челябинска и Новосибирска. Отдельное спасибо компании Vera Nova, и ее руководству, за рассмотрение возможности поставок от фабрик Кыргызстана.

BGI Center всегда работает над созданием новых возможностей для своих партнеров!

Уважаемые партнеры и друзья, рады сообщить о том, что новая услуга от BGI Center – по инспекции ткани – теперь доступна для швейных фабрик Кыргызстана.

Услуга будет оказываться как независимая и внешняя (проводимая третьей стороной) инспекция качества ткани.

Для этой услуги, BGI Center приобрел машину по инспекции качества ткани от известной в Турции компании - GCM Group, лидера в производстве подобного оборудования.

Машина прибыла в Бишкек в октябре этого года, и в течение двух месяцев команда BGI Center проводила испытание машины.

BGI Center приглашает швейные фабрики к сотрудничеству, и воспользоваться новой возможностью!

Dear partners and friends, we are pleased to announce that a new service from BGI Center – on inspection of fabrics – is now available for garment factories in Kyrgyzstan. The service will be offered as an independent and external (by the third party) quality inspection service.

For this service, BGI Center bought an inspection machine from a well-known company in Turkey - GCM Group, a leader in production of quality inspection machines.

The machine arrived in Bishkek in October this year, and within the last two months, BGI Center’s team has conducted a test run of the machine.

BGI Center encourages all garment factories for cooperation and benefit from a new opportunity!

BGI Center ведет активную работу над запуском своей новой услуги для швейных фабрик Кыргызстана – услуги по крою на автоматизированном раскройном комплексе от Ge**er Technology.

Команда компании-поставщика раскройного оборудования Glengo Teknoloji (представители Ge**er Technology в Турции, Ближнем Востоке, и Средней Азии) провела настройку оборудования и обучение сотрудников BGI Center. Обучение проводилось по настилочному оборудованию, по оборудованию для кроя, по оборудованию для оцифровки лекал, по программному обеспечению для конструирования и автоматической раскладки.

Команда топ-профессионалов Glengo Teknoloji, имеющая огромный опыт внедрения подобных систем приезжала в Бишкек 3-4 раза, и активно готовила команду BGI Center.

BGI Center выражает огромную благодарность всей команде Glengo Teknoloji, и в особенности Президенту Glengo Teknoloji – г-ну Айкут Вуралу, за оказанную им личную поддержку BGI Center и всей швейной отрасли Кыргызстана.

BGI Center is actively working on launching of its new service for garment factories of Kyrgyzstan – fabric cutting services on automated cutting system from Ge**er Technology.

The team of the equipment supplier – Glengo Teknoloji (representative of Ge**er Technology in Turkey, the Middle East, and Central Asia) carried out the machine installation and setting up works, and training of BGI Center employees. The training was conducted on spreading machine, cutting machine, pattern digitizing machine, and software on pattern making, marker preparation, and nesting.

A team of top professionals from Glengo Teknoloji, which has extensive experience in implementing such systems, came to Bishkek 3-4 times, and intensively trained the BGI Center team.

BGI Center is very grateful to the whole team of Glengo Teknoloji, and especially to the President of Glengo Teknoloji - Mr. Aykut Vural, for his personal great support provided to BGI Center and the entire garment industry of Kyrgyzstan.

BGI Center непрерывно продвигает отечественные фабрики за рубежом, приглашая международных байеров посетить Кыргызстан и ознакомиться нашими производственными возможностями.

С такими целями в BGI Center приезжали байеры из Голландии и Китая. BGI Center показал гостям свои фабрики-партнеры, их ассортимент и возможности. А также отметил их потенциал в росте.

Основными комментариями байеров было то, что они ищут качественный пошив изделий из качественной ткани. И рекомендовали фабрикам Кыргызстана продумать свою стратегию позиционирования на глобальном рынке, и не идти по направлению пошива базовых изделий низкой стоимости.

BGI Center уже начал работу по налаживанию сотрудничества с этими компаниями, и приглашает фабрик Кыргызстана присоединиться к BGI Center, в совместном продвижении среди зарубежных клиентов!

BGI Center has been continuously promoting our factories abroad, inviting international buyers to visit Kyrgyzstan and get familiar with our production capabilities.

With these objectives, potential buyers from the Netherlands and China visited BGI Center. BGI Center showed the guests its partner factories, their product range and production capabilities, and highlighted their growth potential.

The main comments of buyers were that they are looking for good quality garments made of a good fabric. They recommended Kyrgyz factories to think about their positioning strategy in the global market, and do not go in the direction of making basic and low cost garments.

BGI Center has already started building cooperation with these companies, and invites factories in Kyrgyzstan to join BGI Center in its promotion activities among foreign buyers!

Дорогие друзья и партнеры, BGI Center сотрудничает со многими ключевыми игроками текстильно-швейной отрасли Кыргызстана, например, с такими как Российско-Кыргызский Фонд Развития (РКФР).

С августа этого года по текущий день, BGI Center оказал следующую поддержку РКФР:

• Предоставил имеющуюся в BGI Center базу контактов швейных фабрик Кыргызстана, для помощи РКФР в установлении более эффективной коммуникации с фабриками и оповещения их о своих мероприятиях и программах;

• Предоставил имеющуюся в BGI Center базу контактов брендов и торговых сетей России, для помощи РКФР в налаживании с ними контактов и стимулировании брендов в наращивании торговли с фабриками Кыргызстана;

• Помог РКФР в установлении партнерских связей с Российской Ассоциацией Фэшн Индустрии (РАФИ);

• Поделился с менеджментом РКФР опытом проведения форумов в швейной отрасли, и в особенностях приглашения Российских брендов в Кыргызстан;

• Содействовал в распространении приглашения на участие в Кыргызско-Российском бизнес форуме, 14 сентября 2018 года, среди Российских партнеров BGI Center;

• Принял участие на Кыргызско-Российском бизнес форуме и провел презентацию о текстильно-швейной отрасли Кыргызстана, об ее преимуществах и об услугах BGI Center.

Dear friends and partners, BGI Center cooperates with many key stakeholders in the textile and apparel industry of Kyrgyzstan, for example, as with Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund (RKDF).

From August this year to present day, BGI Center has provided the following support to RKDF:

• Provided own database of contacts of garment factories in Kyrgyzstan to assist RKDF in building more effective communication with factories and notification on its events and programs;

• Provided own database of contacts of brands and retail chains in Russia to help RKDF in establishing contacts with them and encouraging these brands to increase trade with Kyrgyz factories;

• Helped RKDF in establishing partnerships with Russian Association of Fashion Industry (RAFI);

• BGI Center shared with the management of RKDF own experience in organizing industry forums, and in particularities in invitation of Russian brands to visit Kyrgyzstan;

• BGI Center invited own Russian partners to participate in the Kyrgyz-Russian Business Forum, held on September 14, 2018. Contributed in dissemination of information about this forum;

• Management of BGI Center participated in the Kyrgyz-Russian Business Forum and made a presentation on the textile and apparel industry in Kyrgyzstan, its advantages and about BGI Center’s services.

BGI Center is grateful to the Deputy Chairman of RKDF’s Board, Mr. Oleg Kudyakov for his active position in supporting the textile and apparel industry of Kyrgyzstan, for initiatives to increase trade between Russian and Kyrgyz companies, and for cooperation with BGI Center.

BGI Center планирует активно сотрудничать со всеми организациями, кто намерен содействовать развитию текстильно-швейной отрасли Кыргызстана.

Одной такой организацией является Агентство США по международному развитию (USAID). На текущий момент, USAID запустил новый 5-летний проект «Конкурентное предприятие» (2018-2023). В рамках данного проекта поддерживаются предприятия малого и среднего бизнеса, в том числе и предприятия текстильно-швейной отрасли. BGI Center активно участвует во встречах проекта «Конкурентное предприятие», и знакомит менеджмент проекта с ведущими игроками отрасли.

BGI Center plans to actively cooperate with all organizations who intend to support development of the Kyrgyz textile and apparel industry.

One such organization is the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). At present time, USAID has launched a new 5-year project “Enterprise Competitiveness” (ECP, 2018-2023). The project supports small and medium-sized businesses, including enterprises of the textile and apparel industry. BGI Center actively participates in the meetings of ECP, and introduces ECP’s management to the leading players in the industry.

BGI Center also intends to share with ECP, with experience in the development of the textile and apparel industry over the past 10 years, with the accumulated “institutional memory” about how the industry has developed, what measures and actions were taken by other organizations, what was successful and what needed a different approach, and much more.

We, in BGI Center, believe that by analyzing many years of experience in the development of the industry and sharing it with donor projects, we can provide more effective assistance to our garment factories.

BGI Center ведет активное изучение направления развития электронной коммерции в качестве новых каналов сбыта для текстильно-швейной отрасли Кыргызстана.

20-го ноября, представители BGI Center приняли участие в обсуждении насущных проблем и решений в развитии маркетплейсов в Кыргызстане организованной ОФ KG Labs.

На встрече приняли участие представители Министерства Экономики КР, Кыргызпочтасы, Pony Express, Lalafo, Svetofor, Happykids.kg, Ассоциации поставщиков КР, сотового оператора «О», и т.д.

BGI Center is actively exploring new sales channels for the textile and clothing industry in Kyrgyzstan, as e-commerce and local e-marketplace opportunities.

On November 20th, BGI Center’s representatives took part in a panel devoted to discussion of current core problems and solutions in development of marketplaces in Kyrgyzstan organized by PF KG Labs.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic, Kyrgyzpochtasy, Pony Express, Lalafo, Svetofor, Happykids.kg, the Association of Suppliers of the Kyrgyz Republic, the mobile operator "O", etc.

Социальный Фонд Кыргызской Респбулики вместе с ключевыми игроками текстильно-швейной отрасли и представителями соответствующих министерств и ведомств, успешно завершил работу над подготовкой предложения по созданию благоприятных условий по социальным платежам для юридических лиц в текстильно-швейной отрасли.

Рабочая группа во главе с Первым заместителем Председателя Социального Фонда КР – Джуматаевой Гульнурой Муратовной, вела активную деятельность в течение последних 3-х месяцев, и разработала предложения для рассмотрения Жогорку Кенешом Кыргызской Республики.

Рабочая группа состояла из:
• Представителей Социального Фонда КР, Министерства Экономики КР, Государственного Комитета промышленности, энергетики, и недропользования КР, Государственной Налоговой Службы при Правительстве КР, и Жогорку Кенеша;
• Представителей фабрик – Текстиль Транс, Кул Брос, Зорин, Азиар, Кыргыз Текстиль
• Представителей ассоциаций и фондов: BGI Center, Легпром, ЖИА, проект DFID

The Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic, together with the key stakeholders in the textile and garment industry and representatives of relevant Ministries and Departments, successfully completed work on preparation of a proposal on creation of favorable conditions in social payments for legal entities in the industry.

The working group headed by the First Deputy Chairman of the Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic – Ms. Gulnura Dzhumataeva, has been active during the last 3 months, and has developed proposals for consideration by the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The working group consisted of:
• Representatives of The Social Fund of KR, The Ministry of Economy of KR, The State Committee for Industry, Energy, and Mining of KR, The State Tax Service under the Government of KR, and Jogorku Kenesh;
• Representatives of factories: Textile Trans, Cool Bros, Zorin, Aziar, Kyrgyz Textiles
• Representatives of associations and foundations: BGI Center, Legprom, JIA, DFID project

BGI Center expresses gratitude to the Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic for its willingness to support companies in the textile and clothing industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, for openness to proposals from the business society and for constructive dialogue.

Дорогие друзья и партнеры, рады поделиться с новостью о том, что BGI Center начал комплексную работу по изучению стандартов и требований по корпоративной социальной ответственности (комплайэнс) предъявляемых к швейным фабрикам международными брендами.

Следует отметить, что без соответствия этим требованиям, фабрики не могут производить продукцию для этих брендов, и следовательно получать заказы. Даже при удовлетворении требований к качеству и цене продукции, фабрики не будут рассматриваться в качестве потенциальных поставщиков.

В рамках этих работ команда BGI Center уже провела несколько ознакомительных встреч с представительствами международных брендов в Москве, с такими как Levi Strauss и The Walt Disney Company CIS LLC.

По завершении работ, BGI Center подготовит руководство для фабрик Кыргызстана по соответствию данным требованиям, а также пособие по процессу сертификации.

Dear friends and partners, we are pleased to share with the news that the BGI Center has begun a comprehensive work on the study of standards and requirements for corporate social responsibility (compliance) imposed on garment factories by international brands.

It should be noted that without meeting these requirements, factories cannot manufacture products for these brands, and therefore receive orders. Even if the quality and price requirements of products are satisfied, factories will not be considered as potential suppliers.

As part of this work, the BGI Center team has already held several familiarization meetings with representative offices of international brands in Moscow, such as Levi Strauss and The Walt Disney Company CIS LLC.

Upon completion, the BGI Center will prepare a guide for factories in Kyrgyzstan on meeting these requirements, as well as a manual on the certification process.

Kyrgyz factories wishing to familiarize themselves with these requirements and comply with compliance standards, we recommend contacting us at the BGI Center for advice.
