Returning for FW26 is our Double Sleeve Field Shirt, cut from the same naturally dyed cotton-linen-ramie voile used in our Kara Shirt, a fabric that first drew us for its lightweight quality and dry, crinkled hand. The crinkle treatment is introduced after weaving, giving the surface its irregular folds and valleys. This texture works particularly well with the garment dye treatment, as the dye penetrates less deeply into the valleys, creating an innately subtle two-tone quality across the surface. This effect is further accentuated through our signature “double dye” process.

Using this fabric for the Double Sleeve Field Shirt allowed us to push this tonal expression further. The top layer of ink penetrates less through the pocket seams and doubled sleeves, revealing more of the underlying indigo or onion dye and creating a more pronounced tonal contrast between the two natural dyes throughout the garment than on the Kara Shirt. Scheduled to release mid-September in three natural dye colorways: Onion Ink, Indigo Ink, and Ink.

FW26을 맞아 선보이는 Double Sleeve Field Shirt는 Kara Shirt에 사용했던 동일한 cotton-linen-ramie voile 원단으로 제작되었습니다. 가볍고 드라이하며 주름진 특유의 촉감에 이 소재를 선택하였으며, 원단을 직조한 후 크링클 가공을 더해 표면에 불규칙한 굴곡과 골을 만들어냅니다. 이러한 표면의 질감은 가먼트 다잉과 특히 잘 어우러져, 염료가 골 안쪽까지 깊게 침투하지 못하면서 표면 전체에 자연스럽고 미묘한 투톤의 표현을 만들어냅니다. 이 효과는 블랙멀의 “더블 다잉” 공정을 통해 더욱 강조됩니다.

Double Sleeve Field Shirt에서는 이러한 톤의 표현을 한층 더 밀어붙였습니다. 상단의 잉크 염료가 포켓의 봉제선과 겹쳐진 소매 부분에는 상대적으로 덜 침투하면서, 아래에 위치한 인디고 또는 어니언 염료의 색이 더 많이 드러납니다. 이를 통해 Kara Shirt보다 두 천연 염료 사이의 대비가 더욱 선명하게 나타나며, 봉제선과 겹쳐진 소매를 중심으로 한층 강한 색조의 변화를 만들어냅니다. FW26 Double Sleeve Field Shirt는 9월 중순 세 가지 천연 염색 컬러웨이로 출시됩니다: Onion Ink, Indigo Ink, Ink.

Cut from the same lightweight cotton nylon jersey, this batch features a subtle revision to the material composition and fit. It retains its signature gauze-like texture and irregular cobweb spotting, now in a slightly slimmer fit.

Layering has always been central to our approach to styling. This season, we focused on more distilled essentials, designed to be worn together. The bamboo jersey’s substantial drape works in harmony when layered, accentuating the series’ slim, straight-cut torso silhouette while creating a natural sense of flow. We review countless materials for every collection, but only a select few meet the standards required to make it into production. Those standards vary depending on the garment, its intended use, and how we plan to manipulate the fabric through dye and wash treatments.

For SS26, our focus turned to base layers. 100% Bamboo-derived Viscose stood out for its cool hand and uncommon balance of drape and structure, offering a fluid yet slightly weighted fall that aligned with what we envisioned for our summer jersey.

The full Bamboo Series is now available on our webstores in tank, tee, and longsleeve iterations.

각 컬렉션마다 수많은 소재를 검토하지만, 실제 제작으로 이어지는 원단은 극히 일부입니다. 기준은 의류의 용도와 형태, 그리고 염색 및 워싱 가공 방식에 따라 달라집니다.

SS26에서는 베이스 레이어에 더욱 집중했습니다. 100% Bamboo Viscose는 시원한 촉감과 유연하면서도 적당한 무게감으로 떨어지는 드레이프의 흔치 않은 균형이 돋보이는 소재로, 저희가 여름 저지에 기대했던 방향성과 잘 맞았습니다.

SS26 Drop 6 is now live on our webstore.

This marks the final release of the SS26 collection, and the last release using our Bamboo Viscose Jersey. Chosen throughout the season for its lightweight breathability, fluid drape, and naturally cool hand, it also proved to be an ideal canvas for the Gallnut Ink and Onion Ink natural dye techniques explored across the collection.

Joining the release is the Modal Silk Tank in Black, marking the return of our Modal Silk Jersey. Originally introduced on our first Inner Tees several years ago, we chose to bring it back for its exceptional silky touch and drape that drew us to it in the first place.

The release introduces the Bamboo Tank and Bamboo Tee in our Gallnut Ink and Onion Ink natural dye colorways, designed to be worn on their own or layered with the Bamboo Longsleeve. It also marks the final drop of the SS26 and the last release to our Bamboo Jersey Series.
