The Aizarani brand was established by Mr. Nadim Aizarani in 1950. From small beginnings manufacturing swimsuits and belts, the business model expanded into designing and manufacturing ladies bags and importing Italian shoes. By the mid 1980’s Aizarani opened its first retail store in the Mar Elias district of Beirut where its manufacturing facilities were located. As the business expanded, additi

onal retail space became necessary. Stores were opened in Verdun (Verdun 732), Elissar( Storium Saliba), Koreitem (Bou Khalil), and New Jdeideh (Main street) where Aizarani’s current remaining retail stores are located. The main Aizarani store in Jdeideh has been in existence since 1988 and a smaller “Solderie” was opened in New Jdeideh in 2008. The Aizarani brand (manufacturing and sales) is currently run by Fouad Nadim Aizarani and his wife. Mr. Aizarani, who also designs the Aizarani branded shoes and bags, received his college education in Italy where he cultivated a vast network of friends and acquaintances in the shoe and handbag manufacturing sectors. Aizarani travels to Italy few times per year to stay on top of current trends and manufacturing techniques and to order Italian made leather goods (shoes, bags and belts) that are subsequently sold alongside the locally made designs at the Aizarani stores. Throughout its existence, the Aizarani brand has remained focused on detail, quality, and personal service. Our clientele consider themselves to be part of the extended Aizarani family and as such, rely on Aizarani for all their accessory needs; be it shoes, bags, or other leather goods. Aziarani has been part of the Lebanese retail sector for many decades, and we plan on staying at the cutting edge of our field. We hope to see you at our store.
