Whether executive or associate, every individual is greeted with the same respect, the same smile, the same sense of belonging.

And that connection is our strongest foundation.
This simple yet powerful gesture stays with people. It engraves a feeling of pride, trust, and love for the organization, reminding us that we don’t just work for ourselves, but for something bigger. For each other.
In true Sri Lankan tradition, we boil milk together, sharing from the same kiribath, symbolizing prosperity, unity, and hope for the journey ahead.
We then pause in gratitude, honoring all four major religions through a collective religious ceremony.
Sharing kiribath, coming together as one family, and listening as our CEO addresses all employees, both physically present and virtually connected, uniting every entity under one vision for the year ahead.
And our celebration doesn’t stop with us.
As an annual practice close to our hearts, we visit Jayaviru Samadhi Institute, where we share lunch, laughter, and moments of genuine connection. Supporting the community around us is not just a responsibility, but a reflection of who we are. This is our compassion in motion.
