Bridging Design Education with Industry Excellence
The BIA23.1 Batch of the Bachelor of Arts in Interior Architecture at the National Innovation Center (NIC) recently completed an inspiring two-day Physical Model Making Workshop conducted by Scaled Architecture (Pvt) Ltd.
Following our request, the entire team at Scaled Architecture (Pvt) Ltd. went above and beyond by fully dedicating two full days exclusively for our students. A team of over 20 Chartered Architects and industry professionals committed their time, knowledge, and expertise to deliver this exceptional workshop, creating a truly unique learning experience for our future interior architects.
As Sri Lanka's leading organization specializing in large-scale architectural physical model making, Scaled Architecture provided our students with an invaluable opportunity to experience the complete model-making process in a real professional environment. Through hands-on practice, our students developed physical models while gaining technical skills, practical knowledge, and valuable industry insights that cannot be learned in a traditional classroom setting.
