The Dialog MAS Enabler Programme continues to support young graduates with disabilities by providing meaningful corporate exposure, professional development and opportunities to build confidence in navigating the world of work.

During this year’s programme, held from 6–20 July 2026, participants worked in groups to develop practical business models shaped by what they observed, discussed and learned across different locations. The closing ceremony gave them the opportunity to present their ideas, key learnings and recommendations, while also giving MAS and Dialog valuable perspectives that can help us continue building workplaces where more people have the opportunity to contribute and grow.

Care is essential to our families, communities, and economies. Yet in Sri Lanka, women undertake 86% of unpaid care work, influencing not only how they spend their time, but also their opportunities to participate and progress in the workforce.

Creating a more equitable future means recognising care as a shared responsibility. It calls for greater support from families, employers, and policymakers to enable more women to thrive at work, at home, or in both.
