Key Responsibilities
* Plan, create, film, edit, and publish engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
* Develop creative content concepts that capture attention and increase organic reach.
* Research and identify unique locations and creative concepts for content creation.
* Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform algorithms, and content formats.
* Film and edit content using CapCut or similar video editing software.
* Write engaging captions and optimize content for maximum organic reach.
* Grow our social media presence through creative and organic content strategies.
* Engage with followers by responding to comments and building an active online community.
* Collaborate with photographers, influencers, and the marketing team when required.
* Continuously bring fresh, innovative ideas that improve content performance and audience engagement.
Requirements
* Female candidate preferred, below 25 years of age.
* Fluent in spoken and written English.
* Confident and comfortable speaking in front of the camera.
* Passionate about fashion, content creation, and social media.
* Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
* Skilled in filming and editing videos using CapCut or similar video editing software.
* Highly creative with the ability to think outside the box and create content that grabs attention.
* Strong understanding of current social media trends and audience behavior.
* Excellent sense of aesthetics and visual storytelling.
* Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
