We are proud to announce that our Cross Functional Team project, Project Next Phase, was awarded a Gold Award at the National Convention on Quality & Improvement 2026 organized by the Sri Lanka Association for the Advancement of Quality and Productivity (SLAAQP).

Project focused on strengthening our Kaizen culture through digital transformation by introducing a user-friendly digital platform that simplifies idea submission, tracking, evaluation, and recognition.
This initiative has enhanced employee participation, improved transparency, accelerated implementation of improvement ideas, and fostered a stronger culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
