Initiate your exchange within 7 days of the purchase date on your invoice. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be free of damages, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging with Labels, Tags, etc. Your item must have the original invoice as proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and in

form you that we have received your returned item. Then you can select the same item in a different size (we do not reserve items for you till we get your exchange package). You will be able to order another item of your choice. Regular courier charges (Rs.450/-) will be added to your purchase. You can return the exchange item(s) through the registered post/Courier service. Return delivery costs are your responsibility. No refunds will be given.

Items with removed tags, or items missing their original packaging,
Clearance items, or Discounted items,
Washed or worn items,
Accessories: earrings and cosmetics, panties and lingerie sets,
Kids garments,
Nursing wear,
Gift Card Returns (No cancellations or refunds on the purchase of a gift card ). NOTE: Please note that the above policies can be changed by the Management of AYESHLA at any time without prior notice to the customer.

If you do not answer the delivery agent's call, if you cancel the order after we dispatch it, or does any fraudulent activity to AYESHLA management, we kindly inform you that your personal information will be made public through the Internet/newspapers / or other media
