First aid training program On October 19, 2022, a first aid training program was conducted by Mr. Lalith Jayaratne, the chief first aid instructor of Life aid training institute. A practical session was also conducted by Mr. Lalith along with a lecture on first aid to be given in connection with possible accidents in the production operation environment. Employees representing all departments participated in this training program. Finally, the corporate factory first aid team was formed from the participating employees.

A timely valuable lecture & Practical session on the dangers of narcotics and the importance of prevention from drugs got underway on 1st September 2022 at the Colmans Garment industries (Pvt) Ltd - Panadura. The lectures were delivered by a Consultant Psychiatrist at Kaluthara District National Dangerous Drugs Control Board, Mrs Chamali Jeewanthi. A total of 40 both male and female employees and Other HR staff attended the program.
