On World Diabetes Day, the Ceylon Optometry and Iridology Academy set out from Colombo to Kandy by train — turning the moving compartments into classrooms of awareness.

We walked through the train, meeting passengers face-to-face, and shared vital knowledge about how diabetes can damage the eyes and why regular checkups are essential.
