Nalu Surf Shop began from the simplest beginning — a small little shop built with nothing but a dream and the courage to start something of my own. The name “Nalu” was given to me by my friend’s wife, Emi, who is Japanese. She told me that Nalu means “wave” in the Hawaiian language, and from that moment the name felt powerful and full of good energy.

Step by step, with the support of amazing people from all around the world and the help of my friends, Nalu Surf Shop grew into what it is today. Every customer, every smile, and every single experience has shaped this journey.

Nalu Surf Shop is not just a business. It is a story of passion, community, kindness, and the beautiful people who believed in me. And just like its name, Nalu will become a big wave in the future — growing, rising, and reaching further than ever before. 🫶
