As a fabric manufacturing plant, Hayleys Fabric PLC intakes a significant volume of raw water for its operations. Previously, wastewater generated during the raw water treatment process was discharged in compliance with regulatory requirements.

To further strengthen resource efficiency and sustainability, our in-house team developed and implemented a "Sand bed filtration system", enabling the reuse of treated water and achieving zero water discharge from the raw water treatment process.

This initiative supports efficient water management while reducing environmental impact.
