From the heights of the Andean mountains, where the wind speaks in ancient tongues and the sun blesses the earth with fire.
From their raw, finest fiber , the same noble alpaca that Indigenous communities have used for centuries to protect themselves
from sun and rain , a story begins.

Inspired by the eternal ponchos of the Andes, Alkaubal transforms this sacred fiber into timeless capes. Woven on ancient looms,
in slow, conscious processes that honor dialogue with the textile , where it comes from and what it becomes. This is not just fabric.
