My name is Nezha Jamoun, I’m married and I have one lovely daughter
I learned the embroidery trade from my cousin and have worked in a factory for 11 years, sometimes from home when I had an order.
I joined Alnour in the beginning in 2007, I’m an embroiderer and I love doing Fassi embroidery.
Alnour has changed my life for the better, now I have a salary, I feel confident and I exist because I have a role in life and I am responsible for myself, my family and I benefit from medical coverage.
Je m’appelle Nezha Jamoun, je suis mariée et j’ai une fille adorable
J’ai appris le métier de brodeuse auprès de ma cousine et j’ai travaillé dans une usine pendant 11 ans, parfois à domicile lorsque j’avais une commande.
J’ai rejoint Alnour dès ses débuts en 2007. Je suis brodeuse et j’adore pratiquer la broderie Fassi.
Alnour a changé ma vie pour le mieux : aujourd’hui, je touche un salaire, j’ai confiance en moi et je me sens épanouie car j’ai un rôle à jouer dans la vie ; je suis responsable de moi-même et de ma famille, et je bénéficie d’une couverture médicale.

Every day, our accessible vans help our women with disabilities travel safely between their homes and their workplace at Alnour, removing one of the biggest barriers to inclusion.
A heartfelt thank you to the National Human Development Initiative (INDH) for donating one of the buses, making this service possible and for supporting our mission to empower women with disabilities.
Chaque jour, nos minibus adaptés permettent à nos femmes en situation de handicap de se déplacer en toute sécurité entre leur domicile et leur lieu de travail à Alnour, éliminant ainsi un des principaux obstacles à l’inclusion.
Nous tenons à remercier l’Initiative Nationale pour le Développement Humain (INDH) d’avoir fait don de l’un de ces minibus, rendant ainsi ce service possible, et d’avoir soutenu notre mission visant à autonomiser les femmes en situation de handicap.
