TIG ကုန်အမှတ်တံဆိပ်နဲ့ TheInnGyee ကုန်အမှတ်တံဆိပ်များသည်မူပိုင်ခွင့်မှတ်ပုံတင်ထားသောကုန်အမှတ်တံဆိပ်များဖြစ်ပြီးဤPage အတွင်းEsport အသင်းများအတွက် Logoများ၊Jersey Desgin များ နှင့် Esport Jersey များကို ပြုလုပ်ပေးလျက်ရှိပါသည်။
ဤပြုလုပ်ထားသော Esport Team များ၏Jersey များကို Team များ၏ခွင့်ပြုချက်မပါဘဲ ပြန်လည်ရောင်းချခြင်းမရှိပါ။သိုဖြင့်ပါ၍မိမိတို့ ကုန်အမှတ်တံဆိပ်ပါသောကုန်ပစ္စည်းများ၊ဓာတ်ပုံများကိုအသုံးပြု၍တစ်ခြား pageများတွင်မိမိတို့ခွင့်ပြုချက်မပါဘဲ ပြန်လည်အသုံးပြုခြင်း၊လိမ်လည်ရောင်းချနေခြင်းများကိုတွေ့ရှိနေရပါသည်။
ထိုကြောင့် TIG အမှတ်တံဆိပ် ပါသော Facebook Post များကိုအမြန်ဆုံးဖျက်ပေးပါရန်အသိပေးအပ်ပါသည်။သို့ဖြစ်ပါ၍ ဆက်လက်အသုံးပြုနေခြင်းကိုတွေ့ရှိပါက ကုန်အမှတ်တံဆိပ်ဥပဒေအရ ဆက်လက်ဆောင်ရွက်သွားမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်းအသိပေးအပ်ပါသည်။
Both TIG and The Inn Gyee are registered trademarks and this is the only page we are using for providing services, such as Logo designs, Jersey Designs, etc., for Esports teams. We DO NOT resell the e-sports teams’ jerseys, which we made, without the PERMISSION from respective e-sports teams. With that being said, we have found some fraudulent pages and/or merchants that are selling fake products and/or services by using our registered trademarks and/or photos and images that include our registered trademarks. Therefore, we hereby inform, demand and forewarn to those fraudulent pages and/or merchants to immediately delete those Facebook posts that include our registered trademarks and logos and to immediately stop using our registered trademarks and logos. Accordingly, we hereby inform that we will be taking action in accordance with the Trademark Law, if there are such continuous fraudulent activities in the future.
