2. Pre-order services we provide include products from Taiwan, Korea, Japan and so forth. Since the goods are imported directly from oversea only when the customers make an order, it may take a cou
ple of days (from approximately 10 days to 2 weeks) to receive your purchase. We will try our best to reach your place as soon as possible.
3. You can order your goods in our shop: http://www.jnjfashionmm.com/ or clicking “product” tag in J&J’s Facebook. You need to give your real name, delivery address and contact number in order information.
4. After you've finished ordering, you need to transfer money into J&J bank account. After you have transferred your money, please send
(1) The date that you have made the transfer
(2) The name of the person who made the transfer and the amount transferred
(3) The customer's real name
(4) The customer's Facebook account Email
(5) And the account name to our Facebook private message.
5. If there is no transfer (or no response) within 2 days, it will be deleted from the order list. If you have some difficulites to transfer money, you could tell us your problem in our private message. However, the goods will be delivered only when you have made the money transfer. In case there is out of stock, we will let you know and
refund your money back.
6. For those who purchase more than 40,000 kyats, the delivery serviceis free whereas you need to pay for 3,500 kyats for delivery service, if you buy less than 40,000 kyats. (Tips : you could ask your friends or relatives to join you in online shopping. We provide door to door service for several cities including Yangon, Mandalay, Nay Pyi Daw, Taunggyi and Pyinn Ma Na. As for other cities, you could send the nearest coach station or address to J&J private message and make an enquiry.
8. Please notice that the colour and size in the photos might be subtly different from the real ones.
9. Since the ordered goods are not returnable, please do decide carefully about the design, colour and size of the product before you order.
