Sometimes you have to convince yourself about how worthy you are. Sometimes you have to cheer yourself up especially when no one is there for you. You have to be brave alone. You have to remind yourself that you are strong, worthy, and beautiful. Sometimes you have to constantly remind yourself about the things that you deserve in order for you to grow as a better person. Remind yourself that you deserve to be happy, you deserve to be treated well, and you deserve the things that you've been wishing for.
Compliment yourself today. Be proud for your progress. Be proud for being a strong person. Sometimes you just have to see yourself in the mirror and be proud for the person that you have become. You did well, always remember that. Sometimes you just have to see yourself in the mirror and say, “I am worthy.”
