ဒါဟာ UK က ကျွန်မရဲ့ မြန်မာသူငယ်ချင်းတွေနဲ့လည်း သဘောတူပြီး ပြောဖြစ်ကြတဲ့ အချက်တစ်ခုဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

📍 ဒီမှာ လူတစ်ယောက်ရဲ့ ရုပ်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာကို “ဝတယ်၊ အသားမည်းတယ်၊ ဖြူတယ်၊ လှတယ်၊ မလှဘူး” စသဖြင့် ဝေဖန်တဲ့ အကြည့်၊ အပြော လုံးဝမရှိတာပါ။

ကျွန်မအတွေ့အကြုံအရ - “ရုပ်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ သိမ်ငယ်စရာ တစ်ခုမှမရှိဘူး။ ဘယ်သူမှလည်း ကိုယ့်ကြည့်ပြီး ဝေဖန်မနေဘူး။ ကြိုက်သလိုဝတ်စားသွားလာနိုင်တယ်။” ဆိုတဲ့အချက်ဟာ လူတစ်ယောက်ကို အရမ်းကို ပေါ့ပါးသွားစေတယ်။ overall mental health မှာပါ သွားပြီး သက်ရောက်မှု ရှိစေတာပါ။
