We are so excited to announce that over the past months we have been working on something truly special with a close neighbour and a local leader in hospitality excellence, The de Mondion Restaurant at The Xara Palace Relais & Châteaux, Mdina.

This collaboration was inspired by a shared passion for quality, creativity, and delivering unforgettable experiences.

"de Mondion has unveiled a new set of uniform accessories, created exclusively by Maltese designer SEFFARRUGIA, marking a thoughtful extension of the restaurant’s commitment to heritage, craftsmanship, and local design.

Developed in close collaboration with the team at de Mondion, the custom colour palette and refined details were thoughtfully designed to complement the restaurant’s warm, sophisticated aesthetic.

Rooted in place, the partnership bridges SEFFARRUGIA's studio in Rabat with de Mondion’s home within The Xara Palace Relais & Châteaux, Mdina, a meeting of creative vision and shared values.

More than seasonal additions, these enduring pieces are a tribute to Maltese identity, woven seamlessly into the guest experience through the continued support of local talent by the Xara Collection."
