It’s hard to believe it’s been 41 years already for Roshni & Roshni. For us, this place has never just been a shop. It’s where we’ve seen memories quite literally woven into fabric, and where traditions quietly move from one generation to the next.

We’ve had the immense privilege of being part of so many lives, dressing thousands of women for their big moments , weddings, engagements, all sorts of ceremonies, family get-togethers. You name it. And what we’ve learned is that every single purchase comes with a story. More often than not, right at the center of that story, you’d find a mother.

It might be a mother gently guiding her daughter to pick out her very first saree. Or the quiet determination of a mother saving up for something truly special. Sometimes, it's a grandmother, passing down not just fabric, but wisdom and traditions too.

These women, they're often the glue, aren't they? The ones holding families together, keeping traditions alive, guarding values, and providing that quiet, steady strength in every home.

This Mother's Day, it feels right to not only celebrate the love mothers give, but also their incredible resilience, their quiet dedication, and that unwavering presence they bring to every stage of our lives.

26.03.2008… a day we will never forget. A day when the waters rose… and took away almost everything we had. Our sarees, our garments, our hard work… years of dreams, all gone in a moment. But what the flood could not take… was our spirit. With strong faith, we stood up again. Piece by piece, saree by saree, we rebuilt… not just a shop, but a story of resilience. Today, 18 years later…we look back not with sadness, but with gratitude. Gratitude for strength, gratitude for our loyal customers who stood by us and gratitude for every new beginning that followed.

From that flood… we didn’t just recover, we rose.

And for that, we thank you… for being part of our story ❤️
