What you will be doing:

-Developing and implementing KPIs dashboards via Power Bi tool

MERCHANDISER/ PURCHASER
Reporting to the Merchandiser Executive, the right candidate will have the responsibility to deliver customer satisfaction and service excellence to client(s) through the development of strong and sustainable relationship with both clients and stakeholders.

What you will be doing:
*Manage client account(s)

*Track fabric and accessories status
*Track shipment of orders and any issues related to invoice
*Place product orders with suppliers, track order status and update Factory

-Good interpretation customer's requests (tech packs)

-Carry out feasibility for each request received

-Proactively participate in the garment manufacturing process

-Re- engineering styles where appropriate

-Develop relationship with our customers through a good communication

-Assess the quality of samples and ensure they meet customer's specifications

-To go on ad hoc mission overseas, as and when required



What are we looking for?

-Understand fabric properties and performance

-Good knowledge of garment manufacturing process

-Ability to assess garment quality and fitting

-Degree in Textile and Fashion Design or Textile Knowledge or Fashion Technology

-Experience would be an advantage

-Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop will be advantage

We are currently looking for a Transport Officer to join Tropic Knits Group.

What you will be doing:

-Make the required transport arrangements for the Company such as transport of employees, deliveries of materials on site

-Ensure that all company vehicle users abide by Company vehicle policy and that the drivers are adhering to local laws

-Ensure that all vehicles are properly registered and hold a valid insurance cover

-Investigate transport related issues reported by staff / service provider

-To check, plan and execute all tasks pertaining to the renewal of Motor Vehicle License, fitness and related fields.

-To monitor all cases of damages and accidents and ensure that the Insurance Claim form, copy of Driving License and other relevant documents are submitted to Insurance companies within the agreed deadline.

What are we looking for?

-HSC or equivalent

-5 years working experience, with at least 1 year in a similar post

-Knowledge of transport management, road traffic laws and basic Health & Safety regulations.

-Analytical mind with a high level of proficiency in Excel.

-Dynamic, detail-conscious and well organized.

-Good interpersonal & communication skills with a great customer service attitude

-High level of integrity, with a Clean Certificate of Character

-Willingness to learn and having a ‘Can Do’ attitude.

-Flexible and available to work odd hours as & when required.
