A dep
osit of not less that Rs200 is compulsary for pre-order. We will provide the expected delivery date but to note that we will also add 2 additional weeks in case of late reception of product due to the actual situation. Overlapping this delay, the total amount deposit will be refunded to the client except you may wish to wait for the product. Delivery
With the actual crisis, delivery is made by post. The delivery cost will be communicated on the status or picture. No free delivery except if product is collected in our shop @ Inaya Boutique @ Coastal Road, Grand-Gaube. Note that, on confirmation of order, we need 2-3 working days to treat your command and once posted a notification will be sent to the client. An additional of 2-3 days will be needed for the product to reach your destination by post services. Important : be aware that delivery times by post may vary due to traffic/weather and many other reasons. Refund
If product is still available we will resend it if your parcel is lost, not received or damaged. In case of damaged product, you should informed us within 12 hours after reception of the product. Overlapping this delay any return or refund will be entertained. In case of outstock, the exact amount paid will be refundable withing 24 hrs via direct banking or juice. Colors
