I’m Jenny, the owner of Mysa, an online business on Instagram since 2021. Thank you for taking a moment to read this message.

I wanted to share some important information about how we operate:

- All of our bracelets are made to order, so we don’t keep any pre-made stock.
- After you finalise your order, we will provide you with payment details. We begin crafting your bracelets only after payment is completed.
- Please note that we DO NOT accept cash payments in person, nor do we offer home delivery.
- You can choose to pick up your items at Quartier Militaire or Riche Terre, or we can send them via postage.

We understand that this process may not be ideal for everyone, but we appreciate your understanding as it helps us ensure the quality of our work.
