Belated thankyou for all the birthday messages 😊!

Been trying to stay off my phone so we can enjoy every moment. And an even bigger Thankyou to my girl for making it the best birthday 🥳.

Iv never really done much for my birthday or celebrated it since adulthood. But .x.inked made it unforgettable 🥰! Got some clothes, ate lots of nice food and a special cake for breakfast, had a surprise getaway because we never go on holiday, watched topgun at the cinema, I now call the mrs Rooster as she’s my ride or die co pilot; watch topgun it’s amazing (she’s not impressed with her new nickname 🤣) and she got me some raybans so I can be like maverick 😂, all in all had a jolly good time 👌

P.s. I hope the hotel keep my review 📝😆➡️➡️

Fuelled by quite a bit of nice food lately 🍔🥩🍟🍪🍰😂, offset by putting the hard work in and never missing a day!

As long as your good 90% of the time then your good 👌!

Don’t miss out on meals out or time doing what you want with who you want just for the gym, you don’t want any regrets or to look back and think you didn’t live life to the fullest.

Life’s about living and you can enjoy yourself and also be in shape, it’s quite simple when you know how and if your willing to put the work in!

I’m enjoying the balance and just maintaining this for the time being! Although I do always have that urge to push things further and progress and get bigger! I don’t think that fire to improve will ever go and it’s what motivates me everyday to get better!
