Hello all!! This post is a little different. I’m sure you all know about Macrame. Well when I was a teenager it was popular to macrame with h**p. I would make and sell macrame jewelry. Fast forward to today. I was casually going through Pinterest and wall hangings made with macrame was popping up and a friend of mine in Australia mentioned wanting one for her new birthing clinic. Got me thinking this morning. So looked around the house and found the things I needed and by trial and error made my first wall hanging. I think I’m going to explore this art some more. My creative juices are flowing. The wood I used is called cholla. It’s from the nearby Beach called San Carlos. And the shell is a sand dollar also from the same area.
