On February 3, 1985 opens the first production RIDELI Bakery BREAD SA , located in Colonia San Miguel Azcapotzaolco , Federal District . The facility had a local office , a patio, a wine cellar and a production room that now could be seen as rudimentary as some operations are done manually , including the molds were based emptied with some power punches . The first products of RIDELI BREAD
, covering large bread , bread and toast boy , took to the 15 hours of that December 2 . The black bread began to be made until January 1986 and by the end of next year the line was released in pound cakes . For distribution in bakeries , bread outlets , grocery stores and convenience stores , using 10 trucks that supplied only to the Federal District . In these times a great honor to see how we have been expanding gradually to the great sacrifice of our employees and the people who keep us in your taste.
