📍What You’ll Be Doing*
• Lead and supervise daily store operations
• Coach, guide & monitor sales staff performance
• Drive sales targets & improve conversion rates
• Manage thrift / bundle stock flow & replenishment
• Ensure attractive product displays & store presentation
• Handle customer service & resolve on-floor issues
• Maintain staff discipline, scheduling & teamwork
