• All chemicals and detergents will be EU/REACh compliant

• All wages, insurance, safety and work hours will be in compliance with local laws

We are pleased to advise that our Laboratory is now approved by Interwoollabs for the testing of fibre diameter by OFDA and Lasercsan as well as fibre length by Almeter machines. This is now our second certification following on from our Oekotex 100 class 1 certificate.

Nice to see some Monaro high country wools at Compass. I've spent many years in this area and Jindabyne is at the foothills of the Australian snowfields and ski resorts.

We recently attended the Nanjing Wool Market conference in Qingdao. It was well attended with generally a positive outlook. China is still the worlds biggest processor of wool and is struggling to come to terms with the recent environmental financial and political changes in China. This may be good for Compass in the coming years.
