>NO REFUND/EXCHANGE:
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchange

>DELIVERY
All Orders with ready stock items shall be shipped within 1-3 working days once payment received. We are using POSLAJU Malaysia for local shipping; it takes 1-2 working days to reach your address. Room II Collection shall not be liable for any damage to or loss of any shipment or delayed delivery.

>PRE-ORDER:
Products with zero quantity will automatically conduct to pre-order items. Customers have to notice the product availability whether stated with pre-order status. Pre-order items take 3-4 weeks (working days besides of weekends & Public Holiday) arrival upon payment verification. We cannot ensure every pre-order item is available and able to arrive on time until further update by suppliers. Thus, Customers have the right to request for the refund on the same value or change to others products if the pre-ordered items yet to arrive after 4 weeks working days; otherwise, there are not allowed for refundable/changeable. There might have some pre-order products discontinued by our suppliers from time to time; hence, buyers might be notified about shortage of ordered items even though payment made and waiting time within 4 weeks.
