Professional Makeup Training｜Theory × Real-World Experience

Learning makeup is more than mastering techniques. Students may have opportunities to participate in major events, gain professional backstage experience, and observe the industry up close—including meeting celebrities and, where permitted, taking photographs in designated VIP areas.

Our course combines professional theory with guided hands-on practice, allowing students to apply each technique as they learn and build the confidence, discipline, and practical skills required in real working environments.

💡把能量，留給真正願意往前走的人。

有時候做事業、做服務久了，會越來越明白一件事：
真正能走得遠的人，
不是一開始就很厲害，
而是願意聽、願意調整、願意為自己的選擇負責。

你可以給對方方向、給方法、給陪伴，
但千萬不要把自己當作是救世主，
每個人的人生終究是他們自己的。
如果一個人暫時還沒準備好改變，
那也沒有關係，尊重就好。

你要慢慢地學會，
把重心重新做調配，
想要幫助別人很好，
但也要去思考對方在這個階段
也許還有其他課題要處理面對。

如果他暫時還無法前行，我們只能繼續帶領其他人前進。
因為好的能量，應該留給真正願意行動的人；
真心的幫助，也要給懂得珍惜的人。

成年人的世界，不需要誰一直哄著誰前進。

赛事回顾｜专业，是在每一个舞台背后被看见】

很荣幸带领 INS ACADEMY 的学生团队，受邀成为 ALPHA Sports Academy 主办的 Gynrama & Gymnastics Championship Competition 2026 指定化妆团队。

在聚光灯下，观众看到的是选手们精彩的表现；而在舞台背后，我们看到的是无数次练习、坚持与付出。

作为专业化妆团队，我们负责为参赛选手打造符合比赛需求的整体妆容，确保选手们在舞台灯光下展现最佳状态。对于学生们来说，这不仅仅是一场化妆工作，更是一堂真实的行业实战课。

从时间管理、团队合作、现场应变，到如何在有限时间内完成高质量妆容，每一个环节都考验着专业能力与责任感。

我一直相信，教育不应该只停留在课堂。

真正的成长，是让学生走进真实市场，在真实项目中学习，在真实挑战中进步。

看到学生们从最初的紧张，到后来能够独立完成工作、与选手和家长沟通、处理现场状况，我感到非常欣慰。
