STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES

OPERATING HOURS
11.00am- 3.00pm Lunch Monday to Saturday
5.00pm- 12.00am Dinner Daily

RESERVATIONS
Call in Reservations from 12.00 Noon to 10.00pm Monday to Saturday. Sunday and Public Holidays 4.00pm to 10.00pm. MAX DINE-IN CAPACITY
As per the capacity allowed by the restaurant.

MAX SEATING PER TABLE
Dine-in at restaurants and F&B outlets are now allowed with 1 metre of social distancing and adherence to SOP. There are no more restrictions to the number of patrons per table. CUSTOMER CHECKS
Mandatory temperature checks to be performed for all customers upon entrance into the premises. Contact information & temperature readings are to be recorded into the customer logbook in line with the current Standard Operating Procedures issued by the Malaysian Government or registration by My Sejahtera QR Code. Hand sanitizers are to be sprayed onto customers hands upon entrance into the premises. Additional hand sanitizer is available upon requested by the customer. Tables are set 1 metre apart from each other. OUR ASSURANCE TO YOU
Temperature checks of all staff are done daily. All our staff are required to wear masks and gloves while serving customers or while working in close contact with each other. COPYRIGHT
