How does music composer Alice Jane (A-Jane) design fashion?
She doesn’t just sketch,she composes.

Using her core philosophy of no repetition, no loops, and no predictable cadences, she translates sound into structure.

Here is how she composed the Alia Skirt (from the Klangkante / Sound Edge collection):
• The 11-Instrument Ensemble:
Instead of repeating patterns, AJ engineered 11 completely unique waves connected together, just like 11 different instruments playing a complex musical score.

• 360° Freedom:
Because music has no single dimension, this skirt has no designated front or back.

For us, fashion is a wearable composition rooted in experimental music and avant-garde design.
Fusing this identity into such a vibrant Penang space from the exclusive prints at Kool Kongsi Vinyl Cocktail Bar to the curated hotel rooms was the ultimate mix of style, lifestyle, and art.
