On [28/2/2026] at approximately [2:15PM], a woman entered our store and removed a shawl without payment.
Upon reviewing our surveillance footage, it is clearly shown that the individual took the item and exited the store without presenting it at checkout.
We are providing an opportunity for the item to be returned voluntarily within [5] days from the date of this notice.
If the item is not returned within this timeframe, we will proceed with further action in coordination with the shopping mall management and the relevant authorities.
All surveillance footage has been preserved as evidence.
We hope this matter can be resolved promptly and amicably.

经查阅本店监控录像，清楚显示该人士在未将该商品交至收银台结账的情况下，直接离开本店。
