Here are some simple terms and conditions to take note of when shopping with us:
1. All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM);
2. All products are ready stock unless stated otherwise;
3. Kindly note that the colours of products may differ from photos shown on the site due to factors such as screen resolution, lighting etc;
4. Upon placing an order, full payment should
be made within 24 hours;
5. Products sold are not returnable nor exchangeable for another product, or for any other reasons;
6. Once an order is placed and payment is made, no cancellation of order is accepted and no refunds will be given;
7. We will deliver your order within three (3) working days; (not applicable for international delivery)
8. Shipping charges are to be paid by customers. We will advise the charges once you confirm your order.

KINDLY NOTE THERE IS NO 'CASH ON DELIVERY' OR SELF PICK-UP. ALL ORDERS WILL BE SENT VIA POSLAJU. STRICTLY NO BOOKING. PAYMENT SHOULD BE MADE IMMEDIATELY UPON PLACING AN ORDER. WE WILL KEEP YOUR ORDER WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED. WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER WITHOUT ANY FURTHER NOTICE IF WE HAVEN'T RECEIVE ANY PAYMENT FROM YOU WITHIN THAT PERIOD.
